This Privacy Policy applies to the SKY TECH website, project assessments, sales enquiries, distributor discussions and related business communications. “SKY TECH”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal entity operating the SKY TECH business. The final legal entity name and registered address will be inserted before this website is published.

This website is currently a static preview. It does not send assessment-form entries to SKY TECH. Your browser uses those entries only to create a brief that you may copy or download. If we later connect the form to email, a customer relationship management system or another service, we will update this policy and the notice beside the form before collection begins.

2. Information we may collect

We do not receive the name, company, email address, location, surface type, working height or project details entered into the current assessment form. The website does not create an account or use browser storage to retain those entries.

When enquiry channels are connected

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

• business identity and contact details, such as your name, employer, role, business email address and telephone number;
• project information, including country, city, site, surface, approximate area, working height, access constraints, utilities, timing and requested configuration;
• commercial and support records, such as quotations, orders, delivery information, training records, warranty or service requests and correspondence;

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through a project enquiry.

4. Project and drone-operation data

Planning, demonstrating, operating or supporting an aerial cleaning system may involve site drawings, photographs, video, location information, equipment telemetry, incident records or environmental and safety observations. The exact data depends on the project and delivered configuration.

SKY TECH does not intend these systems to be used for facial recognition or unrelated surveillance. Customers, operators and site controllers are responsible for using cameras and operational data lawfully, limiting capture to what is necessary, providing site notices where required, securing recordings and observing aviation, workplace, property and privacy rules. Contract documents may allocate controller, processor or equivalent responsibilities for a particular service.

5. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. When necessary for the purposes above, information may be shared with vetted service providers; aircraft, cleaning-system or component manufacturers; authorized distributors or service partners; logistics, payment, insurance and professional advisers; regulators or authorities where legally required; and parties involved in a corporate transaction.

Recipients should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and be subject to contractual or legal confidentiality and security duties where appropriate. We may also disclose information to protect people, property, our business or legal rights.
